These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Polyglot Foreign Language Solutions website.

• By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Polyglot Foreign Language Solutions' website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

 

• The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves.

 

• All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Philippines. 

 

• Unless otherwise stated, Polyglot Foreign Language Solutions and/or it’s licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Polyglot Foreign Language Solutions. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages from https://www.polyglotph.com/ for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:
    

1. Republish material from https://www.polyglotph.com/
2. Sell, rent or sub-license material from https://www.polyglotph.com/
3. Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from https://www.polyglotph.com/
4. Redistribute content from Polyglot Foreign Language Solutions (unless content is specifically made for redistribution).

 

• We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and its linking policy at any time. By continuing to link to our Web site, you agree to be bound to and abide by these linking terms and conditions.

Our Terms and Conditions

1. Classes will start on time. We encourage everyone to be punctual as Polyglot will not be liable for lessons missed during tardiness.
2. All Fees are TAX EXCLUSIVE. 
   
3. In cases where all students are tardy, the inctrustor will wait for the student(s) maximum of fifteen (15) minutes. Should no student arrive within that time, the class is deemed as used.
4. In cases of absences due to emergency reasons, students will be e-mailed a class summary by the instructor containing what was discussed during the class and any homework that the student needs to accomplish for the next class. Documentary proof may be asked from students.
5. For small group private tutorial classes, if not everyone is present during the private tutorial session it will still be deemed as a used session for all the registered participants of that small group private tutorial
6. Reimbursements are allowed only if the cancellation of classes is Polyglot initiated or instructor initiated. Student initiated reimbursements will not be granted. In any reimbursements, reimbursible amount is deducted by 3% for Sales Tax purposes if said transaction is already recorded in our sales records.
7. For private tutorial: sessions must be used within 60 calendar days. Day 1 will be the first session. Any unused session(s) after 60 calendar days will be forfeited.
8. For Scheduled Group Class, if the minimum number of students (at least 2) will not be reached then Polyglot will need to postpone the class until a minimum of 2 students will sign-up.
9. Online class students must download ZOOM prior to the start of class; they must also pay in full prior to Polyglot Admin sending them the 9 digit ZOOM invite and password
10. Polyglot is not responsible for any class interruption due to intermitent internet connection on the side of the online student

 

• Polyglot Foreign Language Solutions is not liable for any damages, harm, or injury that relate to, arise out of, or result from the use of, or access to, or the inability to use, any of the materials on this website.​

 

• We may restrict, suspend or terminate your access to this website at any time if we believe that you have breached these Terms and Conditions. Any such restriction, suspension or termination will be without prejudice to any rights which we may have against you in respect of your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
